Kindred Spirit Services, LLC maintains strict neutrality at all times. We do not take sides between parents, advocate for either parent, or make custody recommendations. Participation in services does not guarantee any specific legal, parenting-time, custody, reunification, or court outcome.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website, in our written materials, in reports, in communications, or stated by staff should be interpreted as legal guidance, legal strategy, or legal interpretation. Parents should consult with their attorney regarding all legal questions.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC does not provide therapy, counseling, mental health evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, reunification therapy, parenting evaluation, or clinical recommendations. All services are non-clinical, child-focused, neutral, and observational in nature.
Staff are mandatory reporters under Colorado law. Any suspected abuse, neglect, safety concern, threat, or risk of harm may be reported to the appropriate authorities, including but not limited to DHS, law enforcement, GALs, CFIs, PREs, attorneys, emergency responders, or the Court.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC relies on information provided by parents, attorneys, court orders, and other involved professionals. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, misrepresentations, incomplete information, or inaccuracies in information provided to us.
Supervisors monitor the safety and appropriateness of interactions but cannot control all behavior, prevent all incidents, hear every statement, observe every action, or prevent unforeseen events. Parents remain fully responsible for their own conduct, compliance with court orders, and behavior during services.
Communications, observations, reports, notes, recordings, body-worn camera footage, incident documentation, invoices, intake materials, and other service-related records are not confidential and may be shared when appropriate or required with attorneys, GALs, CFIs, PREs, DHS, law enforcement, emergency responders, the Court, or other authorized professionals.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC may use body-worn cameras, audio/video recording devices, dash cameras, or other recording technology during supervised parenting time, monitored exchanges, transportation, intake, communication-related services, or any other service-related interaction.
Recordings may be used for staff safety, child safety, incident documentation, policy enforcement, risk management, verification of factual events, and protection of Kindred Spirit Services, LLC, its employees, contractors, supervisors, owners, and representatives.
Recordings are not guaranteed. The absence of a recording does not mean an event did or did not occur, and Kindred Spirit Services, LLC is not required to record every session, exchange, statement, or interaction.
Recordings are maintained as internal business records of Kindred Spirit Services, LLC. They are not automatically released to either parent. Recordings may be shared, withheld, preserved, or disclosed at the Agency’s discretion, or when required by subpoena, court order, law enforcement request, mandatory reporting obligations, DHS involvement, attorney request, GAL/CFI/PRE request, or other lawful process.
Parents, guests, and third parties may not record, photograph, livestream, screenshot, or otherwise capture staff, the child, exchanges, supervised parenting time, reports, communications, or service-related interactions without prior written approval from Kindred Spirit Services, LLC.
Parents, guests, and third parties may not demand access to recordings, direct staff to record, direct staff to stop recording, interfere with recording equipment, obstruct recording, damage equipment, cover a camera, pressure staff regarding recordings, or request that recordings be altered, deleted, edited, summarized, or interpreted.
Any attempt to interfere with recordings, use recordings as a litigation-control tool, gather evidence during services, intimidate staff, or manipulate documentation may result in immediate termination of services.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC does not serve as an investigator, advocate, evidence-gathering agent, litigation assistant, custody evaluator, or expert witness for either parent. Services are neutral, observational, and child-focused.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC may comply with valid subpoenas, court orders, attorney requests, or lawful records requests. Records may include reports, notes, communications, invoices, intake materials, incident documentation, and recordings. Fees may apply for records review, preparation, redaction, certification, affidavits, testimony, or production.
Recording devices, cameras, phones, storage systems, internet platforms, and communication systems may fail, malfunction, lose data, or produce incomplete recordings. Kindred Spirit Services, LLC is not liable for technology failures, incomplete recordings, missing footage, audio/video quality issues, or inability to produce footage.
Document and communication review services are designed to help parents improve clarity, tone, and compliance with court-ordered communication expectations. These services are strictly educational and supportive in nature.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, legal interpretation, or legal drafting services. We do not draft legal pleadings, advise on what to file, or predict court outcomes. All communication suggestions should be reviewed in the context of each parent’s own legal representation.
Parents remain fully responsible for all decisions made, all communications they send, and any outcomes related to their case. No results are guaranteed, and courts, attorneys, and other professionals may interpret communication content differently.
Use of document or communication review services does not create an attorney-client relationship. By participating, parents acknowledge that this service is educational only and agree to hold Kindred Spirit Services, LLC harmless for any legal or personal consequences arising from the use of reviewed or suggested content.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or discontinue services at any time for safety concerns, non-payment, harassment, intimidation, policy violations, court-order conflicts, dishonesty, operational concerns, high-conflict behavior, or at our professional discretion.
Kindred Spirit Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if any parent, guest, or third party engages in threatening, abusive, harassing, intimidating, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, the child, the other parent, or any other person.
Participation in services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these disclaimers and all current Kindred Spirit Services, LLC policies.
