Kindred Spirit Services, LLC does not provide therapy, counseling, mental health evaluation, or clinical recommendations. All services are non-clinical, child-focused, and observational in nature.

Staff are mandatory reporters under Colorado law. Any suspected abuse, neglect, or safety concerns will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including but not limited to DHS, law enforcement, GALs, CFIs, or the court.

Participation in supervised parenting time does not guarantee any specific legal or parenting outcome. Decisions regarding custody, parenting time, and case progression are made solely by the court.
