Fees for 2026

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
All fees are non-refundable. Payment is due at the time of service if paying with cash and 24 hours before the visit if using an electonic method such as Venmo unless otherwise noted.

INTAKE & ORIENTATION

(As required by the 2026 Schedule)

• Intake/Orientation Fee: $85 per parent (non-refundable).
  Includes review of court orders, safety screening, policy review, and initial setup.
   

 SUPERVISED PARENTING TIME FEES

• Standard Supervised Parenting Time: $85/hr (1-hour minimum).
  First Session Fee: $85/hr paid in advance (non-refundable)

• Prepaid sessions optional: Must be used within 12 months; no refunds for unused time.
   

Add-Ons Now Available:

• Holiday Rate: $125/hr (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Easter, Spring/Winter Break)

• High-Conflict / Specialized Supervision: $105/hr
   

MONITORED EXCHANGES 

• Standard Exchange: $40 per exchange (up to 15 minutes).

• High-Conflict Exchange: $55 per exchange (staggered arrival/departure).

• Holiday Exchange: $65 per exchange.

• Late Pickup/Drop-Off: $1.50 per minute after the first 5 minutes.
   

TRANSPORTATION FEES

• $15 flat fee + $0.70/mile (round trip).

• Extended-distance fee: +$20 for trips over 30 miles round-trip.

• Car seat rental (optional): $10 per transport.

• Wait-time: $1.50/min after 5 minutes.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

• Excessive communication: $30 per 10 minutes.

• Written correspondence: $150 each.

• Expedited requests (48 hours): +$50.

• Copies: $0.10/page.

• Returned payment fee: $35.
   

 COMMUNICATION REVIEW AND COACHING SERVICES

Includes review of AppClose, TalkingParents, OurFamilyWizard,  text logs, email threads, and other co-parenting communication patterns.
 

• Communication Review (up to 40 pages): $150

• Additional 40-page increments: +$50
  Includes:

• ✔ Tone analysis
  ✔ Compliance review
  ✔ Pattern identification
  ✔ Summary of issues

• Written Memorandum / Findings Summary: +$150

• Expedited Review (48 hours): +$50
   

REPORTS

• Periodic Report: $250

• Final Report: $350 minimum (+ time beyond first hour billed at $100/hr)

• Expedited Report (within 7 days): +$100
  
   

COURT TESTIMONY & COURT-RELATED FEES

• Subpoena required; all fees MUST be paid in advance.

• Court Prep & Reservation Fee: $500 (non-refundable)

• Court Appearance: $150/hr (2-hour minimum; billed in 15-minute increments thereafter).

• Travel to Court: $45/hr + $0.70/mile (round-trip).
   

Court Fee Examples (official schedule):

• 1 hr testimony: $500 prep + 2 hrs ($300) = $800 total

• 3 hrs required: $500 prep + $450 = $950 total

• 5 hrs required: $500 prep + $750 = $1,250 total

• Add $45/hr travel + $0.70/mile
   

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATENESS

• Cancel <24 hrs: full session fee.

• No-show: full session fee + travel fee (if scheduled).

• 15 minutes late: $25 late fee.

• 20 minutes late: visit canceled + full fee charged.
  
   

NOTARY SERVICES 

• Standard Notary: $20 per document.

• Mobile Notary (within 10 miles): $40 travel fee + $20/document.

• Mobile Notary (beyond 10 miles): $40 travel + $0.70/mile + $20/document.
   

 PAYMENT METHODS

• Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle only.

• No checks or Money Orders
   

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

• All payments are non-refundable for any reason.

• Unused prepaid balances remain agency credit for 12 month

SUSPENSION FOR NON-PAYMENT

• Services may be suspended until the account is paid in full.
   

FEE ADJUSTMENTS

The Agency may revise fees at any time; updates apply to all future services.
